Booking Conditions for gites

• Credit Card Hold:
  - Cancellation, modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, no fees charged
  - Late cancellation, modification: I charge 30% of the rental amount
  - No-show: I charge 100% of the rental amount
• Check-in: from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
• Check-out: no later than 10 am

Minimum stay of 2 days
A 30% deposit at the time of booking, the balance before arrival
Cottage rentals include charges for water, heating, and electricity
The kitchen areas in the gites must be left clean (dishwasher and fridge emptied and cleaned)
